You decide. NAFA shows you why.
NAFA does not push advice. It measures and explains. The call is still yours. The difference is that it is based on what your data says, not a hunch.
NAFA
NAFA reads your lifts, meals, sleep, and body measurements together and tells you what they add up to today. Every recommendation shows the numbers behind it. Follow it, push back on it, or ignore it.
The app
Today’s call, the numbers behind it, and the one that would change it — with your body-composition trend charted from every measurement you’ve logged. No streaks, no noise.

How it works
NAFA does not push advice. It measures and explains. The call is still yours. The difference is that it is based on what your data says, not a hunch.
No black box. Every recommendation shows the three numbers that produced it and the one that would change it. You can agree or disagree. That is the point.
The more you log, the more accurate NAFA becomes. Your history is the asset. Streaks, scores, and badges are not.
Hold intensity. Add 30 g protein at the second meal. Delay progression by one session.
Change condition: HRV recovery by ≥0.5 SD by Day 414 flips the recommendation to resume progression.
This is a sample. Your data will be different.
2026-04-01 · Progression resumed after cycle 14
Against
MyFitnessPal counts calories. Hevy counts sets. Whoop counts recovery, if you wear the strap. Future gives you a human, for $199 a month.
NAFA reads your food, your training, and your HealthKit numbers in one place. The coach actually follows up. If you held bench at 60×8 last week, it remembers today and checks in tomorrow.
No wearable. No human on retainer. No second app to reconcile.
Against magical thinking. For the work only you can do.
NAFA is not a substitute for medicine or a doctor’s judgment. It covers the part of your fitness that no clinician and no injection will do for you. Measurement, evidence, the reward of paying attention.
Who this is for
If three of these describe you, NAFA will earn a place in your morning. If not, it won’t.
Frequently asked
Those are sensors. Each measures one thing well. NAFA reads training, food, supplements, body, and recovery together, and tells you what the combined picture means today. You can plug in your existing sensors. You don’t have to.
No. NAFA works without one. Log manually, and the recommendations get sharper as you add more data. Wearables help. They are not required.
No. NAFA does not cheerlead. It reads your data, shows the numbers, and explains the decision it would make. The call is yours. Agree, disagree, or ignore.
Your data is yours. It stays in your account, encrypted end-to-end, and is never sold or shared. Export it with one click. Delete it with one click.
Download it from the App Store or sign up on the web. The application-and-invite phase is over, and pricing is shown in the app before you pay for anything.
Yes. NAFA is not a substitute for medical care. If you are working with a doctor, nutritionist, or coach, NAFA gives them better data to work with.
Every recommendation shows the three numbers that produced it and the one that would change it. If NAFA says "hold intensity today," you see the HRV trend, the protein gap, and the sleep debt behind it. You also see the threshold at which it would flip.
