Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
- Open iOS Settings → tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → NAFA → Cancel Subscription.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
- If you bought a subscription on the web, manage it in Settings → Membership inside the app or web dashboard.
How do I request a refund?
App Store purchases are refunded by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find NAFA, and select “Request a refund”. For web subscriptions, email billing@nafa.fitness within 14 days of the charge.
How do I export my data?
- Settings → Data → Export Data.
- You receive a JSON archive plus any uploaded photos within 10 minutes by email.
- The format is documented at nafa.fitness/docs/data-export.
How do I delete my account?
- Settings → Data → Delete account.
- You will be asked to confirm with your password or Face ID.
- Active data is purged within 30 days, backups within 60. See the Privacy Policy for details.
HealthKit data isn't syncing
- Open iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → NAFA.
- Confirm the data types you want shared are toggled on.
- Force-quit NAFA and reopen. The initial sync runs on launch.
- If the issue persists, attach a screenshot of the permissions screen to your support email.
I forgot my password
Tap “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen. We send a reset link to your account email. Link expires in 30 minutes.
The app crashes on launch
- Update to the latest iOS version (Settings → General → Software Update).
- Update NAFA in the App Store.
- If the crash persists, force-quit and reopen.
- Last resort: delete and reinstall. Your data stays in the cloud.
- Send the crash time + your account email to support — we'll match it to Sentry traces.

Send it to feedback@nafa.fitness or the in-app “Suggest a feature” option in Settings → Feedback. Every request is read.
Reporting a security vulnerability
Email security@nafa.fitness with steps to reproduce. We acknowledge within 48 hours and credit responsible disclosure in release notes.
